The very best from the farm

Own products from our organic farm in South Tyrol

Fresh milk, eggs, meat, vegetables of the season and a variety of herbs… you can find all this and even more fresh organic grown products. Everything we grow on our farm can be used for cooking!

Year after year we grow a big vegetable garden and herb garden. Our guests may harvest or pick anything they need for cooking: try it yourself and you will taste the difference.
We pick fresh fruit from our own garden, like apples, apricots, plums, pears, nuts, pumpkins, strawberries, redcurrants and raspberries, and make delicious homemade jams, juices, cakes and pastries for breakfast or for the afternoon cake buffet.
We do also produce honey on our farm. Try our delicious forest honey of our spring and summer harvest!
Your holidays in South Tyrol will be characterized by a combination of nature and local culinary specialties.

Breakfast

Especially during your holidays you should start your day with a rich and substantial vitamin breakfast… of course this also for late risers. Breakfast on our organic farm includes homemade jams, juices made from our own fruit, cakes and pastries and much more. You can have breakfast at the Obermoarhof or in your own apartment, the choice is up to you. You should also try some local products from our neighbor farm such as South Tyrolean Speck and cheese.

Afternoon cake buffet

We prepare daily a delicious afternoon cake buffet with homemade cakes and pastries for our guests. In summer we do also produce homemade ice cream which is very much liked by children.

Theme evenings

Our theme evenings are very appreciated by our guests: be mum’s guest and enjoy delicious South Tyrolean specialties like Knödel, Schlutzkrapfen and Gulasch with porcini. Our main themes are the South Tyrolean-Evening and the Törggele-evening but there’s much more to discover, such as the Pizza night or barbecue in our garden. Our traditional dishes are exclusively prepared with our own products.
