The apartment rates are valid for longer stays and include just the overnight stay. The price depends on the size of the apartment and the occupancy. On request you can book breakfast and dinner also at your arrival:
Surcharge for our breakfast buffet Euro 10.00 per person
Surcharge for weekly dinner Euro 26.00 per person
For short stays we apply the rates per person and day.

The rates per person and day are valid for short stays. Depending on the dimension of the apartment, number of guests, period and number of children we apply the daily rate instead of the price per person and day.
Discount for children
For children we apply the following discounts on the daily rates per person and the surcharge for breakfast and dinner:- children up to 3 years for free
- children up to 6 years 50% discount
- children up to 12 years 30% discount
Final cleaning
For electricity, hot water, garbage, gas, heat, change of beddings, towels, daily cleaning and final cleaning of the apartment we apply a charge from Euro 80.00 to Euro 250.00 according to the size of the apartment and the length of the stay. Moreover between June and mid-October the Almencard is included in the rate.Reservation
To confirm your reservation you need to pay a deposit. The payment of the final bill at the end of the stay can be made by cash, cash card, MasterCard or Visa.Week packages can be paid only by cash.
On the arrival day the apartment is at your disposal from 3.00 p.m.
We ask you to leave the apartement until 11.00 a.m. on the departure day.
