The rates of our apartments in South Tyrol

Useful information

The rates of our apartments in South Tyrol only apply for longer stays and are overnight rates. The price depends on the size of the apartment and the number of persons.

In the months from May 1^st to November 30^th 2021, the AlmencardPLUS is included in the rates.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax of 1.90 Euro per person (from 14 years) and night will be charged on-site.

Breakfast with farm products

On request, you can book our breakfast with farm products on-site. The extra charge for our rich breakfast is Euro 10.00 per person.

For children, the following discounts apply on the breakfast price:

• children up to 3 years free of charge
• children up to 8 years will get 50% discount
• children up to 14 years will get 30% discount

Final cleaning

For electricity, hot water, waste, gas, heating if necessary, change of linen, towels, daily cleaning and final cleaning of the apartment we charge a final cleaning fee of Euro 80.00 to Euro 250.00 depending on the size of the apartment and the length of the stay.

Check-in and check-out

On the arrival day, the apartment is at your disposal from 3.00 p.m.
We ask you to leave the apartment until 11.00 a.m. on the departure day.

Reservation and payment

To confirm your reservation you need to pay a deposit of 30% of the booked stay. The final bill is due on the departure day and can be settled by cash or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Eurocard).

 

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your reservation, the deposit of 30% will be kept as cancellation fee not be refunded.
In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, we have to charge the apartment price for the entire booked stay.
